Social, Cultural and Artistic Activities at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University are carried out throughout the academic year. Studies are carried out with the opportunities created in order for students to make the best use of their time outside of the classroom, and these studies are staged throughout the year, especially within the framework of spring festival events.
Studies; The halls and lecture halls of our faculties and colleges are exhibited in the Şahidi Hall with a capacity of 200 people, in the Ahmet Altıntaş Hall with a capacity of 175 people, in the Ceremonial and Festival Area, and at the Atatürk Cultural Center of Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. There are two halls with a capacity of 1050 and 185 people, which are actively used in Atatürk Cultural Center, as well as 4 seminar rooms for 50 people each. Our facility is equipped with sound, light and visual systems at the highest level of today's technology, and it can be used for congresses, symposiums, panels, conferences, concerts, theaters, cinemas, etc. used at events.
Various student societies operate under the Department of Health, Culture and Sports of Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. Communities carry out various activities throughout the year and represent our University in the shows held at the end of the year and in festivals, festivals or competitions held throughout the country.
During the year, events are organized under different names (Sıtkı Koçman Days, Nevruz Festival Celebrations, Spring Festival). These organizations include activities such as sales and promotion stands, film and theater screenings, competitions, concerts, folk dances, animations, panels and interviews.
